Your
team must register at the hotel during your assigned registration
slot. All members of the delegation must register at
that time. We may take pictures at that time, so come
prepared!

On-Site
Registration confirms that your delegation is present, confirms
their identifies, confirms that team notebooks for use in at
their workstations conform to ICPC requirements, correct
information in the ICPC database, and provide badges,
certificates, T-Shirts, schedules, and other information to the
teams of the ICPC World Finals.
On-Site
Registrationでは、代表団が現地に到着したこと、身分の証明、チームノートブックがICPCの基準を満たしていることを確認し、ICPCデータベースの情報を修正し、バッジ、証明書、Tシャツ、スケジュールその他の情報を決勝チームに提供することになる。
What
must we bring? 何を持っていけばいい？
Each
member of the delegation must present an official picture ID
such as a passport, national ID, or drivers license and present
a readable photocopy to the registrars.
代表団の各メンバーはパスポート、国民証、運転免許証などの写真入身分証明書および、それの可読なコピーを提示しなくてはならない。
Contestants
must also present proof of enrollment such as a valid university
ID and present a readable photocopy to the registrars.

Your
team must provide a list of all hotel accommodations used by the
team. Include the hotel name, room number, occupant names,
type of room, date of arrival, and date of departure.
チームは、使用する宿泊施設や部屋のリストを提出しなくてはならない。それにはホテルの名前、部屋番号、宿泊者、部屋のタイプ、到着および出発時刻を含む。
Your
team must review and correct contact information and spelling of
names in registration materials, certificates, and badges and
correct them. Replacement certificates and badges will be
provided expeditiously.

The
team must submit one ISO 9660 CD-ROM, called the Team
Notebook CD, labeled with your university name that appears
in Team
Status. The CD must contain one PDF file containing
the on-site documentation you have placed in your Team
Notebooks. The PDF file may contain up to 25 pages of
reference material, single-sided, letter or A4 size, with text
and illustrations readable by a person with correctable eyesight
without magnification from a distance of 1/2 meter. The CD
and PDF must not contain any active components.

The

You
are to provide three identically compiled ring binders for use by
your team during the ACM-ICPC World Finals. These binders
must meet the following requirements:

least one of the covers must have an inside pocket or

writing and drawing devices.

Each

Note
1: After the Final Review, your notebooks will remain in
the Contest Area through the end of the World Finals. They
will be at your workstation when you enter the next day.

Note
2: Team Notebooks are the ONLY reference materials
other than the On-Line Materials that you will have access to
during the World Finals.

3: Hand-written annotations and corrections to ICPC
handouts and PDF document must keep the spirit of limiting

Note
4: After the World Finals ends, the notebooks will be
collected, examined, and returned at the Awards Ceremony with
your team's certificates.

What
will we do at Initial Notebook Inspection during On-Site
Registration? 現地登録での最初のノートブック検査で何をすればいい？
You
will identify yourselves, provide the materials identified above,
review and correct registration information, and receive
registration materials, badges, certificates, and any tickets
required. Your Team Notebooks will be reviewed for
compliance and returned to you. You can then take notes
within the requirements stated above.
あなたは、自身の身分を証明し、上記の資料を提出し、登録情報を確認・訂正し、登録資料、バッジ、証明書、そのほか必要なものを受け取る。あなたのチームノートブックはそのとき条件の検査を受けたのち、返却される。その後は上記の範囲内で書き込みをしてもよい。
What
will we do at the Notebook Final Review? 最終点検では？
Your
Team Notebooks will be reviewed again for compliance and will
be held for your use during the World Finals. These
are the only materials that you will be permitted to have at your
workstation, so plan wisely. You may bring no other
materials to your workstation before or during the World Finals.
チームノートブックは再び検査を受け、返却されず、決勝での使用に供せられる。これが決勝の間参照できる唯一の資料なので慎重に計画せよ。世界大会の間、他の資料をもちこんではならない。
