模擬アジア地区予選 †

ACM-ICPC アジア地区予選会津大会が近づいてまいりました。

OB/OG の会では、例年通りアジア地区予選に向けて模擬練習会を開催いたします。

初めての方には、本番同様の環境と雰囲気に慣れてもらうことを、経験のある方には、カンを取り戻し、モチベーション上昇に繋げてもらうことを目的とした、本格的な模擬戦になります。

本番で本来の力を発揮するために、この練習会に参加してみませんか?

日時・場所 †

• 日時: 2008年10月19日(日) 10:00 開始 (8:30 集合)
• 場所: 東京大学工学部6号館 (本郷キャンパス) 3F セミナーAD
• 内容:
  • 模擬コンテスト (5時間)
  • コンテスト後、問題の解説

対象チーム †

• 会津大会出場チーム、もしくは会津大会には出場出来なかったが、来年に向けて優勝するだけのやる気が十分にある者。
• 東京まで来られないチームの皆さまには、ネットワーク経由での遠隔参加ができるようにする予定です。(都合により出来ない可能性もあります。)
• 現地会場で参加するチームの皆さまは昼食を持参の上ご参加下さい。

申し込み方法 †

• まで下記の項目を含めてメールをください。
  • 現地参加を希望される場合:
    1. 大学名
    2. チーム名
    3. 連絡先メールアドレス
  • ネットワーク経由の遠隔参加を希望される場合:
    1. 大学名
    2. チーム名
    3. 連絡先メールアドレス
    4. MSN Messenger のアドレス
    5. CGI 接続実験が可能な時間帯 （当日のトラブルを避けるため、前日 10月18日(土) に、チームごとに審判システムとの遠隔接続のテストを行います。18日の 13:00 から18:00 の間で、接続テストに参加可能な時間を指定してください。18日に都合がつかない場合は、それ以前で可能な日時をお伝え下さい）
• Subjectは、「練習会参加申し込み」としてください。
• 申し込み後、参加受理チーム一覧のページをご確認ください
• 申し込み締め切りは 2008年10月17日(金) 24:00 です。

模擬練習会の環境について †

• こちらでは計算機環境を用意できません。当日は Note PC を各チーム１台 用意してください。
• 基本的に無線 LAN を用いますが、無線 LAN の環境が用意できない場合は、 有線 LAN も少数なら利用することが出来ます。
• 当日は本番同様、審判に PC^2 8.7 ( http://www.ecs.csus.edu/pc2/ ) を 用いますので、基本的な使用法を理解しておいてください。分からない場合は、 練習会開始前にスタッフにお尋ね下さい。
• ジャッジには、C, C++ (gcc 3.4 系列), Java(JDK 6.0) を利用します。 会津大会本番とは異なるバージョンである可能性があります。ご了承下さい。

JAG Practice Contest †

ACM-ICPC Japanese Alumni Group will host the JAG Practice Contest on October 19 which targets ACM-ICPC Asia Regional Contest 2008, Aizu Site. We are now calling for teams that participate in the contest. We welcome your participation and hope you enjoy the contest.

Date and Place †

• Date: Sunday, October 19, 2008.
• Time: The contest will start at 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (UTC+9). The participants should arrive at 8:30 AM (applicable to on-site teams only).
• Place: Seminar room AD, Faculty of Engineering Bldg 6, Hongo Campus, the University of Tokyo.

Schedule †

• 8:30- Preparation
• 10:00- JAG Practice Contest
• 15:30- Commentary on the problems (on-site only)

Language †

The problem statement and clarifications will be presented in English. The commentary will be provided only in Japanese.

Eligibility †

• Teams participating in the ACM-ICPC Asia Regional Contest 2008, Aizu.
• Motivated teams working their way to win the Asia Regional Contests held in Japan in the next year, 2009.

Registration †

Send an e-mail to that includes the following information:

• On-site participation
  • Name of university
  • Team name
  • E-mail address for contact
• Remote participation via the Internet
  • Name of university

  • Address used in your MSN Messenger account (required for real-time contact)
  • Available time of the CGI test session on October 18.
    • Each team should take part in the CGI test session on the day before the contest. Please specify the time between 13:00 and 18:00 that you can participate in the test session. If you cannot participate on October 18, please let us know the available date and time before October 18.

The subject of the registration e-mail should be "Registration for JAG Practice Contest". When your application is accepted, the name of the team will be listed in 、参加受理チーム一覧.

The registration deadline is Friday, October 17, 2008, 23:59 JST. Registration after the deadline may not be accepted.

Fee †

Free of charge.

On-Site Environment †

• We will not provide computers for you. Please bring at least one laptop PC for each team.
• Wireless network connection will be used. We will provide a small number of wired LAN ports, in case you don't have a PC with a wireless network.
• On-site teams should use PC^2 8.7 ( http://www.ecs.csus.edu/pc2/ ), so please learn how to use it beforehand.
• The submitted program will be compiled with gcc 3.4 (C, C++) and JDK 6.0 (Java).
