ACM-ICPC Japanese Alumni Group will host the JAG Online Practice Contest on March 10 which targets ACM-ICPC World Finals 2012. We are now calling for teams that participate in the contest.

DATE

  • Date: Saturday, March 10, 2012.
  • Time: The contest will start at 10:00 Japan Standard Time (UTC+9).

SCHEDULE

  • March 9, 9:00 JST - March 10, 9:00 JST -- Preparation
  • March 10, 10:00 - 15:00 JST -- Practice Contest

LANGUAGE

The problem statement and clarifications will be presented in English. The commentary is planned to be provided in English.

ELIGIBILITY

Teams participating in the ACM-ICPC World Finals 2012. Other motivated teams are also welcome, but please be very sure that this contest is intended for World Finals. The problem set will be far harder than other JAG's practice contests.

REGISTRATION

You have to do only one thing for participation: acquire an Aizu Online Judge account.

If you already have your Aizu Online Judge account, you can reuse it. Otherwise you should create a new one by the following steps:

Free of charge.

PARTICIPATION

  • All teams will use Aizu Online Judge ( http://judge.u-aizu.ac.jp/onlinejudge/ ), so please learn how to use it beforehand.
  • The submitted program will be compiled with gcc 4.3.0 (C, C++) and JDK 6 (Java).
  • All teams are expected to take part in the test session on the day before the contest (March 9). If you cannot participate on the session, please let us know the available date and time before March 10.
